MugShots.us.org Will Never Remove A Mugshot, Even When We Get A Customer Complaint

MugShots.us.org takes our integrity seriously – even when doing so leads to a customer complaint. We want to stress this in light of events that have sullied the reputation of companies with names very similar to MugShots.us.org. These companies sold mugshots, but if someone called with a complaint that they didn't want their mugshot in their database, they responded to the complaints by saying they would remove them in exchange for a fee ranging from the hundreds to thousands of dollars.

MugShots.us.org will never make any kind of deal like this, no matter what the complaint or how much money is offered us. We believe in running an honest organization - not an extortion racket. We are here to protect our customers by letting them know if potentially bad people have entered their lives.

While we can understand why a criminal would have a complaint about their mugshot being available to the public, that is not our problem. If you don't want to have a mugshot that your friends and neighbors can see, then don't do anything that could lead to a criminal complaint! It's that simple.

Our company will always live up to the highest ethical standards, without complaint. We will do so because we believe that is the only way to run a business. We will not be put off by a complaint. We will not be bribed into solving a complaint. Instead, we will do what we need to do to get you the information you need.

MugShots.us.org Gives a Shout Out to Rob Zombie for Helping an Autistic Girl Find Friends

We obviously see a lot of pictures, since the point of MugShots.us.org is to provide you with images of people who have been arrested. But we don't just like depressing photos as MugShots.us.org. Sometimes we like happy photos as well.

Yesterday, when we saw the photos of Rob Zombie helping out an autistic girl, it made our eyes tear up a bit. So we thought we'd talk about that today on the MugShots.us.org blog rather than something depressing. And we think you'll love the photos.

Here's what happened: Rob Zombie, one of the most popular acts in metal, met a young autistic girl at a concert the other day. He asked her who she came to the concert with, and she told him that she had come alone because she has no friends due to her autism.

Rob was moved by this, so he took a picture of himself with the girl and then put to his Facebook page. He explained her problem and asked people to be her friend. In less than a day, he had garnered her more than 1,000 Facebook friends. She then sent him a picture of herself holding up a sign reading, “Thank you Rob Zombie!”

This is the type of stuff that more stars should do – using social media to help others and not just promote themselves. Making a little girl feel a little bit less lonely in what must be a very scary world for her is a good thing. And we are happy to pass it along!

MugShots.us.org Explains Why Mugshots Exist

Everyone has seen a mugshot at one time or another. They know that they exist – but we've been asked many times at MugShots.us.org just why they exist, and why they are available to the general public. One of the many points people have made to the MugShots.us.org staff is that since people are innocent until proven guilty, shouldn't a picture of them be private until a jury has made a decision about their fate?

The truth is, however, that mugshots are public, and there is a reason for that. MugShots.us.org wants to explain to our customers exactly why they exist and why it's important that people be able to access them.

Heather Locklear
The first reason is that police need to be sure they've arrested the right person. When someone is arrested, they can give the police any name they want to. Some criminals use the name of an innocent person. In fact, many people use the services of MugShots.us.org to make sure they have not been the victim of this type of identity theft. If someone uses your name and jumps bail, if the police come looking for you they can look at the mugshot, compare it to your face, and know you are not who they are looking for.

Mugshots also help police in different jurisdictions compare photos to see if one criminal might be operating in multiple towns. It helps fight crime. MugShots.us.org supports these efforts.

As to why mugshots are available to the public, it's quite simple. Your tax dollars are used to create the mugshots. They pay for the camera, the film ,and the salary of the officer who takes the photo. Since you have effectively paid for the mugshot to be created, it is owned by you, the public.

We hope that with this blog post MugShots.us.org has been able to answer your questions about mugshots, why they exist, and why you can access them when you need to.

MugShots.us.org Helps You Fight Scam Artists

At MugShots.us.org, one of our main thrusts is helping you make sure you do not become the victim of a scam artist. There are tons of scam artists out there, and you want to do everything to make sure you don't become one of their victims. We are here to help.

MugShots.us.org Helps You Fight Scam Artists
When someone applies for a job at your company, how can you be sure he is not a scam artist? You can try to do a general criminal history search, but if he has a very common name you can't be sure if he is a scam artist or just happen to have the same name as someone with a scam record. But as soon as you see their mug shot, you'll know if he is the same person or not.

The same is applicable to anyone who wants to do business with you. A scam artist lies but pictures always tell the truth. You can also research for mug shots of someone you meet on an online dating site to make sure he/she doesn’t have a history of arrests for turning people like you into scam victims. The same goes for people who have become friends or romantic partners of your children.

Scam artists thrive because people can't tell just by talking to them if they are running a scam. But once you see their picture taken by the police, you'll know the truth. Then they won't be able to scam you.

You can do a mug shot search in just a couple of minutes to make sure that people who want to become a part of your life or your business are really not running a scam. It's very easy to do and if it helps you avoid becoming a scam victim, we think you'll find that it is totally worth it.

So, try MugShots.us.org and make sure that you don't become a scam victim.
